Limón Verde Bio

Limón Verde is an Atlanta-based online jewelry boutique that features jewelry designed by Kalen Trujillo Redmon. All of their one-of-a-kind pieces are made from at least 950 hand spun silver and are available in very limited quantities.

Husband and wife, Kevin and Kalen Redmon, are the force behind the collection that launched in 2009. Kalen, born and raised in Puerto Rico, serves as the artist behind the designs. These designs are brought to life by artisans specializing in Momposa Filigrana (Mompox Filigree), a technique native to her father’s country, Colombia.  Kevin, an Atlanta native and local event producer, assists with all operational and marketing management and enjoys building this company with Kalen.

Limón Verde has been featured in many regional and national publications like ‘get married’ magazine, ‘skirt!’ magazine, '944 Magazine,' 'Thrillist,' ‘scout mob,’ among others. In the Fall of 2010, Limón Verde won ‘Best In Show’ at a long-running juried arts festival. Most recently, Limón Verde was selected to appear at a media and celebrity event in West Hollywood leading up to the 2011 Oscars, partnered with the Madison House Foundation to donate 100% of the proceeds from their puzzle piece pendants for autism research, and was chosen to create a limited edition dogwood blossom pendant for the 75th annual Atlanta Dogwood Festival for their official festival merchandise.
