Shipping & Delivery

Limón Verde ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Limón Verde ships merchandise to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Limón Verde reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Merchandise purchased from the Web site may be returned for credit or exchange only to Limón Verde within three (3) days from date of receipt as defined by package carrier data.

Returns that are deemed otherwise are subject to a 15% restocking fee or rejection of credit or exchange, upon which merchandise will be returned to original buyer after additional shipping fee is received. Any damage done to merchandise by package carrier will be the responsibility by said carrier - please report any damage done by package carrier to said carrier, as well as Limón Verde.
